Incoloy 800/UNS N08800
Incoloy 800 (Alloy 800 / UNS N08800 / W.Nr. 1.4876) is the foundational nickel-iron-chromium alloy of the Incoloy family, it delivers an excellent balance of high-temperature oxidation resistance, carburization & sulfidation resistance.
The alloy family offers a graded portfolio: Incoloy 800 for general high-temperature corrosion service, Incoloy 800H (N08810) with higher carbon and anneal for improved creep resistance above 600 °C, and Incoloy 800HT (N08811) with tighter Al + Ti control for the best creep performance. Together, they are the workhorse alloys for furnace, petrochemical, power, and heat-treating service — where temperature is the design driver and 316L / 310 / 600 fall short on creep or cost.
